General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.radonblue.com are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store www.radonblue.com, the rights and obligations of users and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. They also define specific rules for purchases at the company’s point of sale.
The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase (order submission). The user is notified of the terms and conditions with each order submission and confirms their acknowledgment by placing the order.

Order
The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order is submitted in the online store. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed. The buyer is considered to be the person whose information was provided when placing the order. Later changes to buyer information are not possible.
The purchase contract is stored electronically on the www.radonblue.com server.

www.radonblue.com offers the following payment methods:

Payment by credit or debit cards; your card will be charged after order completion. This applies even if the goods are out of stock and can be delivered only in a few days. Upon receipt of payment by offer/invoice, the order moves forward in the processing system.

Delivery Method, Cost, and Order Processing
Shipping within Slovenia is free. For international deliveries, shipping costs are determined based on the courier offer from Eurosender.
Shipments can be collected personally or by an authorized representative, legal guardian, or custodian. Pickup location by prior arrangement: Podlubnik 54, 4220 Škofja Loka.
Invoice Issuance
The buyer receives a printed or electronic invoice upon personal pickup or delivery of the ordered items. Each order or separate shipment within an order receives a separate invoice.
The invoice specifies the price and all costs associated with the purchase.
The buyer must verify the accuracy of information before placing an order.
Prices
All product prices are regular retail prices; www.radonblue.com is not a VAT payer.
Prices are valid at the time of order submission and do not have predetermined validity.
Prices apply when paying using the above payment methods under the above conditions.
Order Notification
1. www.radonblue.com order
After placing the order, the buyer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted. www.radonblue.com reviews the order, verifies the availability of items, and either confirms or rejects the order with reasons. The seller may call the buyer to verify information or ensure accurate delivery.
For items not in stock, www.radonblue.com is dependent on its supplier and delivery times. The buyer is notified via email of updated delivery information. If the delivery time is long and the buyer does not wish to wait, they may request the item be removed from the order and any prepayment refunded.
2. Order Dispatched / Ready for Pickup
The seller prepares and dispatches the item or prepares it for personal pickup within the agreed time.
If the buyer wishes to cancel, they must notify the seller immediately via phone 031733276 or email info@radonblue.com. If already dispatched, the buyer can refuse the package from the courier.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The period starts one day after receiving the goods.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@radonblue.com.
Goods must be returned in undamaged and unchanged condition. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. Some exceptions apply (customized items, perishable goods, opened sealed software or media, etc.).
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method unless the consumer requests otherwise.
Warranty
Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. Warranty is valid when instructions on the card are followed, and the invoice is presented.
Exclusions include misuse, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, improper installation, non-original parts, or consumables.
Warranty repairs or replacements are carried out within 45 days. Service is not responsible for data on memory media.
Material Defects
Consumers can claim defects within two months of discovery. For defects found within six months of delivery, they are presumed to have existed at delivery. Remedies include repair, partial refund, replacement, or full refund.
Acceptance of Returned Items
Returned goods from warranty or defect claims must be collected by the buyer. Items with open or damaged packaging may be resold with adjusted pricing and warranty.
Delivery
Shipping within Slovenia is free. Partial delivery may be applied; costs apply per shipment. Delivery times are communicated by email.
Damaged Shipments
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt to info@radonblue.com or phone 0038631733276 with photos of packaging and product.
Safety and Data Protection
